Return & Refund Policy
At AURALYF, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sebastiansolano.sa@gmail.com and we will work to resolve the issue.
Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we do not accept returns of used or opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we may offer a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue and any supporting photos.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control are not eligible for refunds.
